Arvind Sinha CEO

Arvind Sinha is Founder and CEO of ACSE Solutions LLC a consulting firm that expertise in providing Oracle Applications Consulting Solutions, business Engineering and application support in North America and Canada.

Arvind has worked in reputed organizations like GTL, Fujitsu America, NTT Data and has a proven track record of 21 years for successful project delivery for multiple clients across Industry verticals. His last position was that of Director – Consulting after which he formed ACSE Solutions LLC.

During his stint with the consulting companies he has been instrumental in domestic and international sales and delivery of Oracle products and solutions. He setup project management, delivery and outsourcing division of Oracle Practice, and has been instrumental in regaining and reviving oracle sites with repeat business for the consulting companies.

Arvind has been a People Manager and has the skills and expertise of working with people of different geographies having varied interest and expectations. He knows how to align a diverse project organization towards a common project goal.

Within a short span of incorporating the company, ACSE is executing Oracle Applications project with multiple US clients and delivering solution on-site and from it’s off shore location in Bangalore India. There are multiple active leads and with his experience in sales and client management it continues to translate to business relationship.

Rammohan Narayanan Managing Director

Rammohan Narayanan, is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Ram has over 17 years of experience in ERP Consulting, Software Development and Systems Audit areas and has worked with different multi-national companies in United States, Europe, Australia and India.

During his vast career in ERP Consulting, he worked in various capacity including program manager, Account manager, project manager and Subject matter expert in Finance, projects and supply chain modules.

He is Director of ACSE Solutions India Private Limited and manages the technology vertical with customers in India and Asia Pacific Region and provides high end consulting like providing solution design, ERP implementation Audits, Assist in Stabilizing the instance and reconciliation, Business optimization and Analytics.

Alberto Joseph Vice President, Transformation Services

Albert Joseph M has an experience of 18 years in F&A delivery, strategic planning, transformation & excellence, transition, solution designing, project management, change manage management and client relationship management.

He has worked in manufacturing industry for over 10 years and has set up businesses processes from end to end for various departments.

He has handled multiple end to end delivery solutions for various customers. This includes scoping, solution architecture, due diligence, pricing, transition to steady state operations. During this period he has handled end to end transitions & delivery for customers in Pharma, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Media and Market Research industry covering US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia & Australia.

He also set up the share services centers for Unilever in Bangalore, India; London; UK and for TCS in Budapest (F& A services) location. He has worked with reputed organizations as below;
